Privacy Policy

This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I protect it. If anything here is unclear, just email me.

The short version

When you visit this website

This site has no sign-ins, no forms, and no advertising. Right now, it doesn’t use tracking tools or cookies of its own.

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address, to keep the site fast and secure.

Videos on this site play from YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies to the video.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Since this site doesn’t track visitors, there’s nothing for that signal to turn off.

When you book a free call

Booking runs through Cal.com. You give your name, your email, and any answers you choose to share. Cal.com sends them to me and adds the call to my calendar. I use them only to prepare for our call and follow up.

When you email me

Email reaches me through Google Workspace. I keep messages as long as they’re useful for our work together, and I’ll delete them if you ask.

During coaching

Recording our sessions

I always ask before I record a session. Recordings make my coaching better. When I go back over a session, I catch details I’d miss while taking notes, especially when we’re talking fast. You can still say no. Coaching works without a recording, but my follow-up and feedback won’t be as detailed.

Sessions are recorded in Zoom and saved on my computer, not in the cloud. Zoom makes a transcript, which stays in my Zoom account. I use AI tools to review what was on screen and to write a summary of each session. I keep recordings for up to one year after our coaching ends, then delete them. I’ll delete them sooner if you ask. Transcripts and summaries stay private, just like my notes.

My notes

My notes from our work always stay private. I never share them without your explicit permission.

Client stories

I publish a client story only after that client approves the final text. You decide whether your name appears or the story stays anonymous.

Your AI setup

When we set up your AI, we turn off settings that let the company learn from your chats. We also turn on two-step sign-in for the accounts it connects to. If your work involves other people’s information, such as clients, members, or customers, we set up your AI to keep each person’s details separate.

Who else handles your information

I use a few services to run my practice. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job.

I’ll share information beyond this only if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me, and I’ll take care of it promptly.

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If I change this page, I’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how I handle your coaching work, I’ll tell current clients directly.
